Where can I access my photos?
What should my child wear for picture day?
We take all our photos on a modern white background. Solid colors, simple patterns, and classic styles. Avoid solid white. If you have any questions, you can email us.
When is picture day for my school?
If Mr. Spot is scheduled to be at your school and you do not know which day they will be photographed, shoot us an email. We can assist you. Please include the school your child attends and their classroom.
When will my photos be available to view?
Your school photos taken by Mr. Spot will be sent to the email address we have on file within 3-5 business days, following picture day. If you haven’t received your link after five days, please reach out to us via email, and we will quickly assist you in getting you your link. Please include the school your child attends and their classroom.
I just ordered online, where are my photos?
Digital files ordered online typically take 1-3 business days to edit and return to the email address on file. If you haven’t received your order after three days, please reach out to us via email, and we will ensure your order is sent out promptly.
I haven't received my prints yet?
Any print products ordered take 7-10 business days to arrive at the address provided. If you feel your item/s are taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. We will get your order sorted out and sent to you right away. Please include your mailing address in your email.
