Your Mr. Spot account representative will meet with you to discuss your specific needs for picture day. We will work with your schedule and requirements to ensure that your job goes
as smoothly as possible. Once your dates are set and a schedule is agreed upon,
your job is done—we take care of the rest!

Three weeks before picture day: Picture day promotional materials arrive at your school and should be displayed in a high traffic area.

Two weeks before picture day: Send your class lists and email addresses to your Mr. Spot account representative.

One week before picture day: An email will be sent from Mr. Spot to inform your parents about picture day. This email will outline the process, specify the day when their child's photos will be taken, and include some fun clothing suggestions. Our customer service team will be ready to answer any questions your parents may have regarding the process.

The day before picture day: One last reminder will go out announcing picture day.
Your Mr. Spot Photography team will arrive one hour in advance of the agreed upon start time. We will review any special requests or circumstances with your staff.

Go time! Children will be escorted to the photography area by their teachers. The fun begins! Each child will have their time in front of the camera. Mr. Spot will be waiting on the floor at the center of of our photography stations, ready to be jumped, twirled and laughed on! The kids will think it's just a fun play date. The parents will love the results!

Sibling photos will be taken. Siblings will be brought in during the "younger" students time. We will take individuals as well as sibling photos.

"I hung out with Mr. Spot!" Stickers will be distributed to children 2 years and older.

3-5 days following picture day: Personalized, password protected albums will be sent directly to your parents! Parents can view their child's photos and decide at their leisure what they would like to purchase.

Digital Files: All digital files purchased will be edited and returned to parents 1-3 business days after their order is placed via direct link.

Print Products: Any print products purchased will be individually retouched and sent to our in house printer for fulfillment. They take 7-10 business days to arrive at the address provided. We do not ship to school.

Staff Headshots: If staff headshots were taken, they will be sent to the school via link in 3-5 business days following the shoot.
